1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email with your delivery details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to:

Kampala & surrounding areas (Uganda)
Dubai & selected UAE locations

3. Delivery Timeframes

Uganda:

Kampala: Same day or next day delivery
Other regions: 3–5 business days

Dubai:

Within Dubai: Same day or next day delivery
Other Emirates: 3–5 business days

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by location and payment method:

Standard Delivery (Prepaid orders): Free or discounted
Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivery fee applies based on your location
Fees are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in Kampala and Dubai. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

6. Mobile Money & Online Payments

For prepaid orders, you may pay using:

MTN Mobile Money
Airtel Money
Card payments (via supported gateways)

Prepaid orders may qualify for free or faster delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update or a delivery confirmation message via WhatsApp: +256 752 921892.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailable customer, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated attempts.
